WXHS Blood Drive
Monday September 22nd 8am-2pm
Do you want to help save a life? Do you/your student have a U or parking ticket? Do you want a Chick–fil–a gift card?? Do you want to win a guitar played by Zakk Wylde? Well, we want to invite you to participate in the HOSA blood drive that will be held at the school on Monday, September 22 in the library at WXHS. This Blood drive is open to all who are interested, not just current students.
To donate blood, you must meet the following requirements:
- 16 years of older
- No NEW tattoos within the last 3 months
- Not currently sick
If you or your student donates at this blood drive, the school is willing to remove one U or one parking ticket for the student. Each participant in the blood drive will also receive a Chick-fil-a gift card and be entered to win a Zakk Wylde guitar. Donation times will be between 8am – 2pm. Make sure when you come for your donation, that you check in at the main office and then sign in at the table by the media center. All donors need to have picture ID showing their name and birthdate.
***All students donating will need a permission form. It can be printed from this link: Parent Consent Form 2023. Permission forms will also be available in the Ms. Johnsons room (room 327) at WXHS. Students need to bring it signed to the blood drive.
