Students looking inside a military police car in front of Wasatch Elementary

Wasatch Elementary buzzed with excitement this week as 3rd through 6th grade students participated in the school’s Career Day, featuring an impressive lineup of community professionals. Students had the opportunity to learn about a wide range of careers, including mental health therapy, firefighting, branding and marketing, medical engineering, military police service, occupational therapy, and HVAC work with furnace and air conditioning systems.

Each guest shared insights into their daily responsibilities and the real-world impact of their work. From exploring how firefighters keep communities safe to discovering how medical engineers develop lifesaving technology, students were engaged, inspired, and eager to learn more.

A big shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Ms. Brooke for organizing this incredible event. Her hard work and dedication made the day meaningful, memorable, and fun for every student.

Career Day at Wasatch Elementary connected students with real-world role models and spark excitement about future possibilities. The school looks forward to expanding the event even more next year.
