Some of our amazing staff and parents had a great time at the VEX IQ Robotics Coaches Clinic, where they built robots, tackled challenges, and learned about this season’s competition. We’re excited to bring that energy back to our students and can’t wait to see what they create this year!
Stay tuned for more information on how you can sign your student up to compete this year.

Davis Reads: 45 Days of Summer is a fun way to keep students reading and engaged all break long. Students are encouraged to read for 45 days, earning a prize for every 5 days and working toward a special event at Wasatch for completing the challenge. The Wasatch Library will be open on Tuesdays from 9:30–11:00 AM, May 26 through August 4, for check-ins and book check-outs (up to 2 books per student). Students must be accompanied by an adult. Be sure to pick up a reading tracker from the librarian and turn in the signed sheet at the start of the school year to join the celebration.

From towering skeletons to larger-than-life dinosaurs, our campers spent the day exploring, climbing, and discovering at the Ogden Dinosaur Park. Curiosity was everywhere as students got up close with fossils, walked among prehistoric giants, and made connections that brought science to life.

Wasatch Eagles are making a splash at camp this week! Our campers have been working hard in swim lessons by practicing their kicks, building new skills, and getting more comfortable in the water every day. It’s been so fun to watch their confidence grow (and see all the smiles along the way).

Our summer campers had the cutest, unexpected visitors! Tucked by the fence, a pair of baby raccoons was spotted snuggled up for a cozy nap and quickly became the highlight of the day. Campers paused to observe from a safe distance, turning the moment into a real-life nature lesson at school. Curiosity, quiet observation, and a little bit of wonder made today one to remember!
